Voting Question: help with college fund information?

im a sophomore in high school, and i was curious about my college situation. my dad told me that my only fund is for university of illinois, urbana-champaign. other than that, they would be paying the full tuition. the other schools i was considering are all around $25000. im still a little unclear as to how the tuition would be payed elsewhere. if someone knows a website or can explain it themselves that would be appreciated!!!!!...
