Resolved Question: When people in immigration agency look at your file do they care what university did you finish?

For example will they eagerly hold their fingers on your file if you have finished Ivy League University? Or will they try to give a green card to those from pretty good Univeristy of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign? And maybe they won't really want you if you finished some Appalachian State University?
