Voting Question: What college can I get into?

I am currently a senior. I have an ACT score of 24 and will be taking it again on Sept 11. My gpa is very low. I have like a 3.29 gpa, but I take a lot of AP and honors classes so my weighted is like 6.1ish. I was wondering if there is still a chance for me to get into these colleges: University of Chicago, Loyola, John Hopkins, De Paul, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign or Purdue. Thanks!...
